Fitz Guest House is a stunning victorian house in the heart of the english lake district - Keswick on Derwentwater.

We have a beautiful double guest bedroom with bathroom on the same ground floor.

This room also has a marvellous balcony on which to sit in the morning and bask in the sun with your morning coffee.

The house is within walking distance of all the shops and amenities that Keswick has to offer and is yards from Fitz Park and the river Derwent.

 

 

 

 

 

Rooms cost from £50 to £70 per night

per couple depending on the season.

We offer cheaper rates in the week so please enquire.

 

We also offer one night bookings at weekends

unlike many other guest houses.

 

We are child friendly and welcome children

of all ages.

WHICH WE OFFER AT AN EXTREMELY DISCOUNTED RATE

SO PLEASE ENQUIRE.

Three nights or more will be reduced rates. 

We accept cash or cheques. Please send us a 50%

deposit  to secure the room in advance.

 

We offer a continental breakfast which can be served to

you in your room at a time you choose or

you can have a full english organic breakfast in the

dining room. Whatever suits you!
